Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Save-to-Cloud ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Save-to-Cloud is a web application that allows users to:

• Download files from URLs provided by users
• Upload those files directly to their cloud storage services (Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, etc)
• Track file transfer progress in real-time during active transfers

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation

• You must create an account to use our Service
• Accounts are created through OAuth authentication with your chosen cloud storage provider (Google, Dropbox, Box)
• We do not collect or store your personal information (name, email, profile picture)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

3. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may terminate your account at any time
• Upon termination, your minimal session data will be automatically deleted
• Since we don't store personal information, there is no user profile or history to delete

Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Uses

• Downloading and uploading files for personal or legitimate business purposes
• Using the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Respecting intellectual property rights of others

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

File Transfer and Storage

• We download files from URLs you provide
• Files are temporarily stored on our servers during processing only
• Files are uploaded to your chosen cloud storage service
• We do not permanently store your files on our servers
• File transfer data is automatically deleted upon completion

2. File Limitations

• File Size: Maximum file size limits may apply
• File Types: All common file types are supported
• URL Validity: URLs must be accessible and contain valid files
• Rate Limits: We may impose rate limits to prevent abuse

3. File Security

• Files are processed securely using encryption
• We do not access or view file contents
• Files are automatically deleted from our servers after processing
• Your files remain under your control on your cloud storage service

Third-Party Services

1. Cloud Storage Integration

• We integrate with Google Drive, Dropbox, Box and etc.
• Each service has its own terms of service and privacy policy
• You must comply with their terms when using our Service
• We are not responsible for their policies or practices

2. OAuth Authentication

• Authentication is handled through OAuth 2.0 with your chosen cloud storage provider
• Each provider's terms of service and privacy policy apply to authentication
• You can revoke access to your cloud storage account at any time through their settings
• We only store your user ID and OAuth tokens during active sessions

3. Third-Party Liability

• We are not responsible for third-party service outages
• We do not guarantee third-party service availability
• You use third-party services at your own risk

Service Availability and Performance

1. Service Level

• We strive to provide reliable and consistent service
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Performance may vary based on various factors

2. Maintenance and Updates

• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
• We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance
